These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Lustré Pro Detail™ mobile auto detailing services. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Lustré Pro Detail™ ("we," "us," or "our") mobile auto detailing services. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Lustré Pro Detail™ provides mobile auto detailing services including:

  • Interior and exterior vehicle cleaning
  • Paint correction and protection
  • Ceramic coating applications
  • Engine bay detailing
  • Headlight restoration
  • Add-on services as requested

All services are performed at your location within our service area.

2. Booking and Cancellation

Booking Requirements
  • Advance booking required (minimum 24 hours notice)
  • Valid contact information and vehicle details required
  • Service location must be within our coverage area
  • Access to water source required for most services
  • Vehicle must be accessible and in safe working condition
Cancellation Policy
  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled service
  • 50% charge for cancellations within 24 hours
  • Full charge for same-day cancellations or no-shows
  • Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled at no charge

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments
  • All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes
  • Prices may vary based on vehicle size and condition
  • Additional charges may apply for excessive soiling or damage
  • Membership packages billed monthly in advance

4. Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee:

  • If you're not completely satisfied, we'll return to fix issues at no additional cost
  • Must report issues within 48 hours of service completion
  • Does not cover normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage
  • Ceramic coatings have separate warranty terms
  • Guarantee void if vehicle is driven in adverse conditions after service

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best service experience, customers must:

  • Provide accurate vehicle information and service requirements
  • Ensure vehicle is accessible and unlocked at scheduled time
  • Remove personal items from vehicle before service
  • Provide access to water source and electrical outlet if needed
  • Inform us of any known damage or issues before service
  • Keep vehicle stationary for 24 hours after ceramic coating

6. Liability and Insurance

  • We carry comprehensive liability insurance for all services
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear
  • Customer must report any damage within 24 hours
  • We are not liable for damage caused by normal wear and tear
  • Liability limited to the cost of the service provided
  • We are not responsible for damage to aftermarket modifications

7. Weather and Safety

  • Services may be rescheduled due to severe weather
  • We work in most weather conditions with appropriate precautions
  • Safety is our top priority for both our team and your vehicle
  • We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions
  • Indoor/covered locations preferred for optimal results

8. Vehicle Condition

  • We cannot guarantee results on severely damaged vehicles
  • Paint correction results depend on paint condition and thickness
  • Ceramic coatings require proper paint preparation
  • We will assess vehicle condition before starting service
  • Additional charges may apply for excessive soiling or damage

9. Membership Programs

  • Membership fees billed monthly in advance
  • Services must be used within the billing month
  • Unused services do not roll over to next month
  • Membership can be cancelled with 30 days notice
  • Discounts apply only to active members
  • Membership benefits are non-transferable

10. Privacy and Communication

  • We respect your privacy and protect your personal information
  • We may contact you regarding appointments and services
  • Photos may be taken for quality assurance and marketing
  • You can opt out of marketing communications at any time

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
